This product would require pre-coated flasks with Human Hypogastric Plexus Neuronal Stem Cell Extra-cellular Matrix Cat# E36122-49 and Human Hypogastric Plexus Neuronal Stem Cell Media with Serum Cat# M36122-49S, and for serum free conditions Cat# M36122-49 is required provided the cells are weaned off the serum, as indicated in their specified protocol provided with purchase of these cells.
In order to freeze these cells, the freezing media recommended for this product is Cat# M36122-49FM.
