Product Description
Rat Lungs Genomic DNA: 50μg
DNA is isolated by modified guanidine thiocyanate techniques. The DNA is dissolved in 1xTE (10 mM Tris pH 8.0, 1 mM EDTA) buffer. The purified genomic DNA is greater than 90% of the DNA is longer than 50kb in size as measured by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis. The DNA is suitable for Southern blot hybridizations, genomic analysis (including PCR), and genomic library construction.
Rat Lungs Parental Cancer (rpCSC) Genomic DNA
The Primary tumor or the Parental tumor (heterogeneous cancer population or metastatic population). This product line is designed for identifying tumor-specific genes and tumor metastatic genes.
The normal matching of the parental tumor consists of genomic DNA isolated from its adjacent normal tissue.
Rat Lungs Cancer Stem Cell (rCSC) Genomic DNA
The Rat CSC from implanted human tumor consits of an enriched population of CSC selected for specific CSC markers based on the organ in which the Cancer was identified and the genomic DNA isolated from these cells. This product line is designed for identifying CSC-specific genes. Genomic DNA in each pair is prepared from the same donor (implanted from individual donors).
Source: Rat Lungs
Storage: -80°C
The Rat Lungs Genomic DNA may be ordered as a set: normal, parental and cancer stem cells from the same donor.
